My name is Zulay Romero.
I am a first-generation Colombian-American.
I felt lost in a play until I was diagnosed with neurodivergence in my mid to late twenties. Then, my life made so much sense. It helped me understand myself.
Working with me means having someone who understands.
When I am not holding space for my clients, you can find me participating in art therapy and counseling forums/discussions to stay well-informed on best practices.
I am an artist, cat mom (and dog lover), writer, creator, faithful, and nature-loving brown woman.
Life is chaotic, but our mind, heart, and soul

initial intake
This is the first 1-2 sessions where your therapist will get to know you and your story. Intakes are followed by a session fully focused on creating the goals you wish to accomplish during your therapeutic journey.
individual art therapy
Individual sessions are held weekly. Sessions start off with check-ins and are navigated based on what you need from that session.
